Director, Graham Gilham, gained a 1st Class Honours degree in Civil Engineering. He is registered as a Chartered Engineer
and a Member of the Institution of Civil
Engineers.
Graham has spent over thirty years working across the South West with broad experience including commercial project management on secondment to a Government organisation, site based technical management with a large regional civil engineering contractor carrying out vital environmental projects, structural design for MOD projects with a multi-national advisory and design consultancy and extensive experience of structural design for commercial and private clients with a well established award winning South Hams consulting engineering practice.
We have experience of structural design for bespoke houses on brown-field sites, historic buildings, repair and alteration of contemporary buildings, as a checking engineer for Building Regulation submissions, site investigations to determine engineering parameters for foundations and retaining structures, building repairs for estates surveyors, structural reports for Planning permission purposes.
Pencil and calculation pad are complemented by the use of modern, widely used, structural analysis and drafting computer packages.
